In order to effectively strengthen safety education in kindergartens, improve the emergency response capabilities of teachers and children to deal with earthquake hazards, and ensure that safety emergency work can be carried out quickly, orderly, and efficiently when an earthquake strikes, on the morning of May 12th, the kindergarten organized all teachers and children to carry out earthquake prevention and disaster reduction emergency evacuation drills.

Before the earthquake drill, teachers in each class carefully designed earthquake safety education activities based on the age characteristics of young children and safety drills such as escape and evacuation. They explained to young children how to correctly escape and protect themselves when an earthquake strikes.

They quickly and orderly evacuated along the pre planned escape route to a safe and open area on the kindergarten playground.

After each class safely and orderly evacuated to the designated area, the teacher immediately counted the number of people to ensure that all teachers and children in the class were present.
