Before the exam, the teaching department took the lead in holding a special exam work meeting to make detailed arrangements for exam arrangements, exam room layout, proposition marking, invigilation responsibilities, and other aspects, clarify work processes, and strictly enforce exam ethics and discipline. Each grade group and homeroom teacher conscientiously implement various preparation work, scientifically arrange examination rooms, post examination numbers, and emphasize the requirements of honest examination, laying a solid foundation for the smooth and orderly development of the examination.

During the exam process, the entire campus was orderly and the exam atmosphere was rigorous. The students are full of energy, calm and composed, carefully studying and answering questions, fully demonstrating the knowledge they have learned in the past half semester, and writing down their true academic level. The invigilator shall arrive on time, perform their duties conscientiously, strictly enforce the discipline of the examination room, conduct meticulous inspections of the examination room, and make every effort to maintain a fair and just examination environment. School leaders and relevant personnel from the teaching department conducted in-depth inspections of various examination rooms, thoroughly understood the order of the examination rooms, student responses, and teacher supervision, and fully affirmed the standardized and orderly organization of examination affairs.

This midterm exam is not only a comprehensive review of students' knowledge mastery and ability application, but also provides objective basis for teachers to timely identify teaching shortcomings, adjust teaching pace, and optimize teaching strategies.
