On the morning of April 25th, the launch ceremony of the Industry Education Integration Forum and Vocational Education Week under the background of the reform of key elements of vocational education teaching was held at the Literature and Art Center of Nanchong Film Industry Vocational College. Experts from the Industry Education Cooperation Department of the Vocational Education Development Center of the Ministry of Education, the National Radio and Television and Network Audiovisual Vocational Education Teaching Guidance Committee, representatives from Phoenix Industry Education Integration Group, JD.com, Huawei (Zhiyun) and other enterprises, as well as guests from sister colleges attended the event.

In his speech, Li Taibin, the president of Nanchong Film Industry Vocational College, introduced that as the only higher vocational college in China with "film industry" as its characteristic, the school is based on the educational philosophy of "digital intelligence as the foundation, industry education co education, and light and shadow casting soul", focusing on cultivating technical and skilled talents in the fields of film and television industry, digital intelligence audio-visual, and digital creativity. It has led the establishment of the Sichuan Province Digital Intelligence Audiovisual and Intelligent Manufacturing Industry Education Integration Community and jointly built the Industry College with many leading enterprises. The school will take the linkage reform of five elements including majors, courses, textbooks, teachers, and internships as the starting point to promote the deepening and implementation of industry education integration. It also announced on site that it will jointly build the Phoenix Digital Creative Industry College with the Phoenix Industry Education Integration Group to create a full industry chain collaborative education system.

At the event, Kou Delin, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Sichuan Oriental Science and Education Group, and Chairman of Nanchong Film Industry Vocational College, signed a cooperation agreement with Liu Jiangbo, President of Phoenix Industry Education Integration Group. The two sides will carry out in-depth cooperation in talent co education, resource co construction, standard co determination, employment sharing, innovation co promotion and other aspects, marking a new stage of physical and deep development of the school's industry education integration.

Luan Tao, Vice President of Phoenix Industry Education Integration Group, Zhang Jinke, Head of Sichuan Tibet Cooperation Department of Beijing JD Century Trading Co., Ltd., and Professor Kang Yongbin, Director of the Media Department of Hebei Vocational College of Foreign Trade and Economics, respectively gave themed presentations, sharing innovative practical experience in industry education integration from the dimensions of digital creative industry education ecology, e-commerce digital intelligence industry integration, and event media industry education collaboration, providing reference for the development of vocational education in film and television media.

Three point forum accurately empowers vocational education to improve quality and efficiency

This forum is divided into three sub forums, focusing on different dimensions to make precise efforts and promote the effective implementation of industry education integration.

Forum One focuses on deepening the integration of industry and education, and implementing reforms in teaching elements. Representatives from the school and cooperative units that have jointly established industrial colleges hold discussions and exchanges. Both schools and enterprises closely focus on the five key teaching elements of professionalism, curriculum, textbooks, teachers, and internships and practical training, and conduct in-depth discussions on core issues such as the integration of industry and education, the implementation of industry demand, and the sharing of resources, in order to seek a new path for deep cooperation between schools and enterprises.

Forum 2 focuses on the construction of professional standards and the development of teaching staff in higher vocational education. Guo Weidong, an expert from the National Radio and Television and Network Audiovisual Vocational Education Teaching Guidance Committee, interpreted the professional standards of higher vocational schools on site, providing guidance from the aspects of professional settings, training objectives, curriculum system, teaching staff, and practical training conditions, and providing authoritative support for the standardization and normalization construction of film and television media majors in schools.

Forum Three invites Zhang Zheng, Senior Director of Phoenix TV and Chief Director of "Shede Smart People", to give a special lecture on the theme of "Cross border and Integration: Character Documentary Content Creation and Brand Building in the New Media Era".
