With the launch of the April Reading Month activity, in order to further enhance the reading guidance ability of teachers at Qingpingguo Kindergarten in Gaoping District, Nanchong City, and create a professional teaching team that loves reading, can guide, and can research, the kindergarten recently invited Teacher Zhu to conduct a reading training themed special activity. All teachers gathered together for a professional growth journey filled with the fragrance of books.

At the beginning of the training, Teacher Zhu started from the three core issues of "creation, performance, and painting", and sorted out how to engage in creative reading for the teachers. Combined with the language domain goals of the "Guidelines for Learning and Development of 3-6 Year Old Children", he analyzed the core experience and development rules of young children's reading in a clear and concise manner.
The teacher used classic picture books as an example and demonstrated on site how to guide children from "looking at pictures" to "understanding stories" through questioning techniques, role-playing, and visual observation. The teachers practiced in groups, guided one by one, and the atmosphere on site was lively.

This training not only brought cutting-edge reading education concepts to the teachers, but also provided practical and actionable methodological frameworks.
