Qingming is one of the twenty-four solar terms, and the fifth solar term of spring is Douzhiyi. When the sun reaches 15 degrees of the Yellow Meridian, it is Qingming. The Qingming Festival is named after the period when "the qi is clear and the scenery is bright, and all things are visible".

Qingming Festival is a solar term that reflects the phenological changes in nature. During this season, the sun shines brightly, plants and trees sprout, and flowers bloom, presenting a vibrant scene in nature. In the southern region of China, there is now a clear atmosphere and clear scenery, while in the northern region, snow is beginning to break, temperatures are rising, and spring is melting.

Children come back early from school, busy taking advantage of the east wind to fly paper kites. The warm sunshine in spring is perfect for flying paper kites. The children at Qingpingguo Kindergarten in Gaoping District, Nanchong City, are familiar with the different forms of paper kites and have personally drawn different colors with their beloved kites. On the spacious outdoor playground of Jinsheng, they look up at the blue sky and let the paper kites fly out of the spring trajectory with their small bodies.
