To further consolidate the foundation of campus safety management, comprehensively strengthen the protection of minors, and build a safe, harmonious, and stable campus environment. On April 3rd, Nanchong No.11 Middle School held a joint meeting on the construction of a safe campus and the protection of minors for the first quarter of 2026. Principal Yi Yanfa, various vice principals in charge, and relevant officials from primary, junior high, and high school departments attended the meeting. At the beginning of the meeting, Zhou Hao, Deputy Director of the School Security Department, gave a special report on the investigation of campus safety hazards in the first quarter. The report comprehensively sorted out the explicit safety hazards and potential safety risks currently existing on campus, and deeply analyzed the causes and potential hazards of the hazards. Subsequently, Lin Chunjiang, the deputy director of the school's student affairs department, reported on typical cases that have emerged in recent student management, delving into the management loopholes, lack of student behavior norms, and potential safety risks exposed behind the cases, covering multiple aspects such as student activity safety during breaks, campus conflicts and disputes, off campus travel safety, and psychological health hazards. Through case review, we remind department heads at all levels to enhance their ideological awareness, strengthen daily supervision, refine student behavior guidance, prevent similar safety issues from happening again from the source, and effectively carry out detailed and practical student safety management work.

Vice President Ye Yunsheng gave an important speech on the two core tasks of building a safe campus and protecting minors, and put forward clear and specific work requirements in combination with the current situation of campus safety work. In terms of building a safe campus, he emphasized that firstly, it is necessary to enhance ideological awareness and deeply understand the extreme importance and severe complexity of current campus safety work.
