Its products provide hard, brittle, and wear-resistant core materials for smart wearable devices of globally renowned electronic companies such as Huawei, Apple, and Xiaomi. After more than half a year of adaptation and development, the enterprise has firmly established itself in Yingshan, and production orders have been fully booked for the entire second quarter.

To further expand production capacity, the company spent more than 10 million yuan after the Spring Festival to purchase linear cutting machines and add new production lines. It is expected that by the end of March, all new equipment will be installed, debugged, and put into production. At that time, the number of enterprise workstations will double, and the daily production of sapphire chips will also increase from 15000 to over 25000.

Fu Liangsheng said that he has rearranged the equipment in the standardized factory, freeing up more than 300 square meters of space and planning to build a dust-free workshop to carry out deep processing of existing sapphire chips. This is not only an extension and supplementation of the artificial sapphire processing industry chain, but also a self supporting upgrade of the enterprise. Seize the farming season, busy with spring plowing, fertile fields, and revitalizing the wild

The entire process is mechanized, and manual labor only needs to be responsible for auxiliary work such as feeding, centralized stacking, and covering. It can complete the production of about 400 kilograms of seedling trays and concealed seedling work in one day.

The bottom material of the seedling raising tray on the farm is humus made by mixing decomposed cow manure with soil and crushing it. In terms of seedling cultivation technology, He Shaoji also has his own unique secret. Previously, dark seedling cultivation had to be carried out in a dark room, but now it can be easily done outdoors, saving the cost of building a constant temperature seedling cultivation plant. He said that the secret lies in this layer of black plastic film, which wraps around the seedling tray, effectively avoiding light and providing insulation. It not only improves the germination rate of seeds, but also enhances the environmental adaptability of seedlings, making the survival rate of seedlings higher in the later stage.

After 3 to 4 days of dark seedling cultivation, the seedling tray can be moved to the paddy field for further cultivation. "He Shaoji led the author to the seedling cultivation paddy field, where workers were neatly laying the seedling tray on the ridge of the paddy field. In the seedling tray placed a few days ago, the goose yellow seedlings had grown to over an inch high and were growing well.

This year, the area of land transferred from He Shaoji's family farm has expanded from 2000 acres to 3000 acres. According to He Shaoji, in addition to planting and nurturing over 10000 kilograms of grain seedlings for themselves, the farm has also received orders for the cultivation of 10000 kilograms of grain seedlings, and the spring plowing production task is full.

Strolling through the rural villages of Xiaoqiao Town in Yingshan County, the cultivated paddy fields are as smooth as grinding stones, and the clear water reflects the blue sky and white clouds. The preparations for the spring production are progressing in an orderly manner. Near He Shaoji's family farm planting base, multiple irrigation stations have been added, and the improvement of water conservancy facilities has given him more confidence and confidence in this year's spring production.

It is reported that in order to ensure the smooth progress of spring production this year, Yingshan County has prepared various agricultural production materials in advance, including 380000 kilograms of rice seeds, 150000 kilograms of corn seeds, and 30000 tons of fertilizers. At the same time, the local government used project funds to purchase 38000 kilograms of rice seeds, 79000 kilograms of corn seeds, and 1400 tons of fertilizer, and provided free rice and corn seeds to farmers in the county in the form of differential subsidies; And provide professional field management services for 400000 acres of small spring crops such as wheat and rapeseed. At present, the distribution of differential subsidies for rice and corn seeds is nearing completion, and the spring management work for small spring crops is being carried out in an orderly manner.

Spring plowing production is the "highlight" of agricultural production throughout the year, which is related to food security and farmers' income increase. The main person in charge of the Agriculture and Rural Bureau of Yingshan County stated that in order to win the "first battle of spring plowing production", the bureau has established a "one village, one book, one household, one table" work ledger, which details the measures of seedling cultivation, agricultural material reserve, agricultural machinery scheduling, technical guidance, field management, etc., and implements them to every post and person. At the same time, we will vigorously promote the compound planting mode of grain and economy, promote the efficient utilization of multi cropping farmland, and make every effort to ensure that the grain sowing area in the county remains stable at over 1.048 million mu.

Devote full effort to construction projects and accelerate progress

At the construction site in Yangguan Village, Liaoye Town, Yingshan County, the newly built mixing station had been completed and put into use. The large cylindrical hopper stood tall, and the sound of mechanical mixing and sand and stone collision intertwined. After the transport vehicles were filled with mixed concrete, they hurriedly drove to various construction sites.

After the Spring Festival this year, all the construction workers arrived at their posts, "said Cao Guochao, the relevant person in charge of Sichuan Energy Investment Construction Group, the project contractor. The total length of the Liaotai Tourist Highway is 11.3 kilometers, and the project is currently divided into 5 synchronized construction sites. There are nearly 50 large excavators, slag trucks, and rollers busy on the construction site every day, and nearly 100 frontline construction workers.

According to Cao Guochao, the project has a construction period of 2 years, and the main reason for the large span of the construction period is the difficulty of the project construction. There are 17 bridges to be erected alone, requiring the pouring of more than 160 pile foundations, 69 pier columns, more than 30 bridge piers, and more than 400 T-beams.

The construction of bridges is the most difficult 'hard bone' in the entire project, with the piers and columns of Niujiaowan Bridge reaching a height of 79 meters, which is difficult and time-consuming to construct. Cao Guochao said that in order to ensure the smooth progress of the project, since the project started in November last year, the construction party has focused on the preliminary preparation works, and has accelerated the construction of supporting facilities such as mixing stations, construction access roads, steel reinforcement workshops, and precast beam yards. At present, the mixing station has been built and put into use; The new (expanded) construction project of nearly 50 kilometers of construction access roads has been mostly completed and is expected to be fully completed by the end of March; The steel reinforcement yard and precast beam yard have also completed the leveling work, laying a solid foundation for the subsequent construction of the main project.

As the core project, road construction is also progressing synchronously. Cao Guochao introduced that the construction party is currently using a large number of large-scale equipment to carry out surface clearing work, and nearly 70% of the surface clearing has been completed at this stage; The bridge construction team will gradually enter the site for construction, and the main line foundation earthwork project will also be fully launched at the end of March.

The author took a construction vehicle from Liaoye to Taipeng. Amidst the rugged mountains, the car drove on a bumpy road, sometimes entering the valley floor and sometimes climbing up the ridge. The short 20 kilometer journey was quite time-consuming. Cao Guochao said that the Liaotai Tourist Highway will reduce the height difference of the road surface by building bridges and straightening bends. After the project is completed, the distance from Liaoye to Taipeng will be shortened to 11 kilometers, with a travel time of only 15 minutes.

Following the S101 line from Taipeng to Xiaoshui, the Tangjia Datian Bridge construction project is also in full swing in Xiaoshui Town. At the construction site, some bridge piers and columns have been erected, and some piers and columns have been tied with steel mesh. Large excavators, cranes, loaders and other engineering equipment are running on shafts. Construction personnel are working hard to promote the project construction.

The construction of the bridge body has been completed by 40%, and it is expected that the main beam of the bridge can be erected within this year, "said Yang Qi, the person in charge of the construction party. The approach roads at both ends of Tangjia Datian Bridge connect Taipeng to Water Consumption S101 Line and Laolin to Berlin S222 Line respectively. Currently, 80% of the approach road construction has been completed, and the project is expected to be completed and opened to traffic in June 2027.

Transportation is the lifeline of development.
