Nanchong Company has developed a three-dimensional inspection plan of "white plus black" and "human patrol+technical patrol", which includes heavy-duty lines, densely populated residential areas, and "three spans" sections that cross highways and important passages as key inspection objects. During the day, inspection personnel conduct comprehensive inspections on every tower and distribution transformer, focusing on clearing external hazards such as tree barriers and floating objects in the line channels to ensure that the safe distance of the line meets the standard. At night, during peak electricity loads and when equipment heating defects are more likely to appear, inspection personnel carry professional tools such as infrared thermometers and strong light flashlights to conduct precise temperature measurements on key parts such as wire joints, tension clamps, and isolation switches, and use thermal imaging technology to visually capture temperature anomalies.

On that day, the inspection personnel strictly followed the principle of "full coverage, no dead corners, and emphasis on effectiveness", recorded real-time equipment temperature data, horizontally compared the operating status of similar equipment, vertically compared historical temperature measurement records, and accurately judged the health status of the equipment. Mark the general heat hazards discovered on the spot and include them in the key monitoring list; For emergency hazards with severe temperature exceeding the standard that may cause malfunctions, immediately activate the closed-loop disposal mechanism and organize forces to repair and eliminate defects as soon as possible.
