Each person can harvest 300 kilograms of Alisma per day, and it is not a problem to harvest 400 kilograms with agile hands and feet. The harvesting fee is 40 cents per kilogram, and a single working day can earn more than 100 yuan in wages. "Chen Guojun said that during this harvesting season alone, the specialized cooperative will distribute more than 200000 yuan in labor wages.

Chen Guojun introduced that before September 15th every year, the transplanting work of Alisma needs to be completed. After more than three months of growth, Alisma will mature and enter frost weather. After the stems and leaves of Alisma wilt, it is more convenient to harvest. Last year, 200 acres of paddy fields were circulated in Xiaopeng Community to plant Alisma. Currently, they are all mature, and now dozens of residents are harvesting every day. We aim to complete the harvesting in more than 10 days, and the expected output is over 260 tons

He admitted that when planting Alisma in Xiaopeng Community, the community had already leveled the paddy fields to a comfortable level, and only needed to pay a small management fee to the community collective economy.
