First stop at Shenzhen University of Technology: Exploring the New Path of Huawei HarmonyOS Ecological Talent Training Together

On the morning of November 27th, the first stop of the inspection arrived at Shenzhen University of Technology. This is an emerging university dedicated to cultivating high-quality applied talents such as high-level engineers and designers. At the Huawei Cloud Developer Innovation Center, the delegation carefully observed the school's teaching achievements exhibition and personally experienced interactive teaching scenarios based on Huawei technology. In the subsequent communication, both parties focused on in-depth sharing of Huawei HarmonyOS's talent training program and professional construction experience. Of particular importance was the constructive discussion on the specific content and step-by-step implementation plan of the industry education integration project cooperation between Nanchong Film Industry Vocational College and Huawei, which laid a solid foundation for the substantive promotion of the cooperation project.

Going deep into Huawei's "heart": experiencing the world's top R&D and talent ecosystem

In the afternoon of that day, the inspection team drove to Huawei's global R&D headquarters located in Songshan Lake, Dongguan - the magnificent base known as "Xicun". Huawei is not just a mobile phone company, but also a global technology giant that started with communication technology, relies on strong research and development capabilities, and covers ICT infrastructure, intelligent terminals, cloud services, and many other fields. Here, the team first visited the Huawei Sanyapo Park ICT Digital Talent Training Center, which serves as Huawei's "Huangpu Military Academy" empowering internal employees and partners worldwide. Its comprehensive certification system and international perspective left a deep impression on the inspection team. Subsequently, the inspection team strolled through the interior of Xicun and visited the large-scale facilities such as Huawei Library, teaching building, gymnasium, and art gallery. They personally experienced Huawei's unique corporate culture and office environment that perfectly integrates cutting-edge research and development, humanistic care, and natural ecology ("one lake, four islands, and twelve scenery"), and gained a deeper understanding of the operation mode and talent concept of world-class enterprises.

Visiting the Joyless and X-META Space Park: Discussing the Future of Immersive Technology in Education, Culture, and Tourism

On November 28th, the inspection team visited innovative enterprises such as Jiao and Wuying Company. Under the guidance of company personnel, Chairman Koudling and his delegation experienced the immersive hall of "Sky City" located on the first floor, and carefully learned about the company's technological strength and innovative atmosphere along the tour route. In the communication session, both parties introduced their respective companies' core businesses and advantageous resources, and focused on in-depth exchanges on the application scenarios and cooperation possibilities of immersive technology in vocational education, digital content creation, cultural and tourism projects, etc., discovering multiple potential common points of cooperation. In order to gain a more intuitive understanding of the business models along the front line, the inspection team also specifically visited the X-META Opportunity Space Park, which is built by leading companies in related fields. Through the overall investigation of the project and personal experience of featured projects such as "The Adventures of Tang Dynasty", "Ice Dragon Seeks Pearl", and "Magic Ice Castle", the team has gained a new understanding and inspiration on how to combine high-tech interactive storytelling with entertainment education.

The inspection results are fruitful, injecting new momentum into the strategic development of the group

This inspection has a tight schedule, practical content, and significant achievements. Chairman Kudelin pointed out in his summary that through this direct exchange with top universities and technology companies, the group has not only broadened its horizons and clarified cooperation paths in Huawei HarmonyOS talent cultivation, ICT ecosystem construction, immersive technology application, etc., but also strengthened its determination to drive high-quality education development with technological innovation. He stated that Sichuan Oriental Science and Education Group and Nanchong Film Industry Vocational College will fully draw on the experience of this inspection, accelerate the improvement and efficiency of the school's existing industry education integration platform, and focus on promoting the school enterprise cooperation project between the college and Huawei to take root, empowering education with industry, feeding back to the local area with education, and building a new pattern of collaborative development between industry, academia, research, and tourism.
