In order to thoroughly implement the education policy of the new era, strengthen the construction of the young teacher team, and continuously improve the quality of education and teaching, from November 6th to 7th, Longmen Middle School in Nanchong, Sichuan Province held the 2025 Autumn Semester Young Teacher Passing Course Competition. Executive principal Zhang Limei led the team members to deeply listen in the classroom and provided guidance to young teachers. This competition focuses on the professional growth of young teachers, with a total of 27 young teachers competing on the same stage. After an exciting and intense competition, a group of outstanding young teachers stood out. Among them, teachers Zhu Zhonglin and Xing Zhijia won special awards in the science and humanities categories respectively. Dai Ting, Wang Yueyu, Huang Feng, and Li Furong won the first prize in the science category; Xiao Jie, Xiao Qian, Liu Lian, and Du Jing won the first prize in the humanities category. Li Furong and Ding Xiaorui won the Best Courseware Design Award; Teacher Gao Yujia and Zhao Yuanxin won the Best Board Script Design Award.

The two teachers who received special awards in the science and humanities groups have shown remarkable achievements in teaching design and goal achievement, as well as in the development of "student-centered" classroom activities and the cultivation of core subject competencies.

Teacher Zhu Zhonglin introduced the research content through character dialogue: the size of the sum of interior angles of a triangle. Teacher Xingzhijia takes the father son relationship depicted by Zhu Ziqing as the starting point, focusing on the emotional barriers and cognitive dissonance between parents and children. By analyzing the silent efforts hidden in the details between father and son, exploring the deep logic of emotions from alienation to closeness, leading learners to understand the essence of "unspoken" in family love, witnessing how a misaligned love gradually moves towards understanding and coincidence.

After the game, a class evaluation summary meeting was held. Xu Ming, representative of the humanities group judges and deputy director of the academic affairs office, summarized the situation of the humanities group competition courses from the aspects of achieving teaching objectives, completing teaching processes, and innovating teaching methods. While acknowledging the progress and highlights, he also pointed out areas for improvement; The representative of the science group judge, Mr. Liao Haiquan, focused on the logical construction of science teaching and the cultivation of students' core competencies, and provided professional comments on the classroom design and teaching implementation of the participating teachers.
