Inheriting tradition through stories and promoting virtues through the Double Ninth Festival

Years have passed since the Double Ninth Festival, and now there is another Double Ninth Festival. In order to promote traditional Chinese culture and cultivate students' moral literacy of filial piety and respect for the elderly, on the evening of October 29th, Nanchong Transportation Technical School organized a themed class meeting activity with the theme of "Sharing Stories of Traditional Chinese Virtues", which collided traditional culture with virtue education to create warm sparks.

This event is a key part of the school's response to the first Sichuan Province Technical College Campus Cultural Activity Week. Each class held a themed class meeting in the form of speeches: from the filial piety and warmth of "lying on ice seeking carp", to the integrity of "Ji Bu Yi Nuo", from the friendly background of "Kong Rong letting the pear go", to the wisdom and responsibility of "Sima Guang smashing the jar", students brought the classic virtue story to life with vivid storytelling. Students can not only experience the festive atmosphere, but also realize virtues and enhance their own cultivation through stories.

This event not only enriched campus cultural life, but also allowed traditional Chinese virtues to take root in the hearts of students. In the future, schools will continue to carry out such activities in conjunction with traditional festivals, not only to enhance students' skills in learning, but also to integrate traditional culture into daily classrooms, so that virtue education can be silently enriched.
