In order to further strengthen the safety production management of the county's cultural tourism industry and improve the employees' safety awareness and emergency response ability, on June 17, the culture, radio, Tourism Bureau of Yingshan County, Nanchong City, Sichuan Province organized a work meeting on safety production training and emergency drill. More than 40 people, including the leading group of the culture, broadcasting and Tourism Bureau of the county, the members of the comprehensive law enforcement brigade of the cultural market, and the heads of various cultural tourism business units within the jurisdiction, attended the meeting.

At the meeting, Wujing, Secretary of the party leading group and director of the culture, broadcasting and Tourism Bureau of the county, stressed that safe production is the cornerstone of the development of the cultural tourism industry, which is related to the safety of tourists' lives and property and the industry reputation. At present, although the overall development trend of the cultural tourism industry in the county is good, some business units still have problems such as weak safety awareness and inadequate implementation of safety measures. All units must attach great importance to it, always tighten the safety string, earnestly perform the main responsibility of safety production, and ensure the safety, stability and order of the cultural tourism market.

Subsequently, Li Qi, the leader of the law enforcement brigade, conducted safety production knowledge training. In combination with the recent typical fire accident cases, such as the "4.29" major fire accident in Liaoyang, Liaoning Province, the cause of the accident is deeply analyzed, and the fire safety knowledge such as fire prevention, initial firefighting, emergency evacuation and escape self rescue is explained. According to the characteristics of cultural and tourism sites, the key points of daily safety inspection are introduced in detail, such as whether the electrical lines are aging, whether the fire-fighting facilities are intact and effective, whether the evacuation routes are unblocked, etc., and it is emphasized that the investigation of potential safety hazards should be normalized and refined.

Li Yu, head of the safety unit, gave a guidance speech on the recent work safety. He explained in detail the latest safety production policies and regulations and the criteria for determining major potential accidents, and guided the business units how to do a good job in daily safety management in combination with actual cases. At the same time, enterprises are required to establish and improve the standing book for troubleshooting and treatment of potential safety hazards, implement inventory management for the identified potential safety hazards, and ensure the "five implementation" of the responsibility, measures, funds, time limit and plan for rectification of potential hazards. In addition, the recent key work has been arranged and deployed, and all business units are required to make various safety preparations before the summer vacation to ensure the safety and order of the cultural tourism industry in the county.

After the training, all participants moved to the drill site to carry out fire emergency drill. The scene of a sudden fire in a song city was simulated, and smoke billowed on the scene. As the alarm sounded, all emergency teams responded quickly. The fire fighting action team shall use fire extinguishers and fire hydrants to put out the fire at the first time; Evacuation guidance: organize on-site personnel to cover their mouths and noses with wet towels, bend down and evacuate orderly according to the scheduled evacuation route; The safety protection and rescue team shall set up temporary medical points in the safe area to provide emergency treatment and dressing for the "injured". The whole drill process was tense and orderly. All teams cooperated closely to successfully complete personnel evacuation and fire fighting, and achieved the expected drill effect.

After the drill, Li Qi, the deputy leader of the law enforcement brigade, commented on the drill, affirmed the performance of each team in the drill, and pointed out the existing shortcomings, such as the slow evacuation speed of some personnel and the unskilled operation of fire equipment, and put forward targeted improvement suggestions.
