The Third Session of the Party School of Nanchong Film Industry Vocational College Opens

In order to implement the overall requirements of Party building in the new era, strengthen the development of Party members, and cultivate young people who can shoulder the important task of national rejuvenation, on the evening of April 23rd, the opening ceremony of the third session of the Party School of the Communist Party of China Nanchong Film Industry Vocational College Committee was held in the auditorium of the school's Art and Culture Center. Chen Yonglong, the provincial supervision officer and the Party committee secretary of the college, attended the opening ceremony. Representatives of the Party branch secretaries (deputy secretaries) of the secondary colleges, teaching staff, members of the Party school leadership team, and more than 400 trainees participated in the event. The opening ceremony was presided over by Zhu Xiaoying, the director of the school's Party committee organization department and the vice principal of the Party school.

The ceremony began solemnly, gathering the strength to strive forward. The opening ceremony was launched with the solemn national anthem.

Strengthening the foundation of faith and striving to be pioneers of the times. In his speech, Chen Yonglong emphasized that the Party school, as an important educational base under the leadership of the school's Party committee, has always aimed to "cultivate young Marxists with firm beliefs and strong qualities" and has established a three-dimensional education system. He hoped that all trainees would: first, firm up their ideals and beliefs, deeply understand the nature, purpose, and historical mission of the Party in the new era; second, strengthen theoretical study, adhere to the combination of learning and application, and truly learn, understand, believe in, and apply the knowledge; third, pay attention to self-cultivation, consciously strengthen Party spirit training, and develop noble moral character; fourth, play a exemplary role, strictly demand themselves according to the standards of Party members, and influence and lead their classmates and colleagues with practical actions. He encouraged all trainees to take this training as an opportunity to be the strivers, pioneers, and contributors of the new era.

Issuing appointment letters to clarify responsibilities and setting directions with discipline and curriculum. At the ceremony, Chen Yonglong issued appointment letters to the Party school staff, recognizing their important role in the construction of the Party school. 

Subsequently, Liu Lian, the director of the school's Party committee propaganda and united front department and the academic affairs director of the Party school, announced the curriculum arrangement and discipline requirements for this session of the Party school. The courses cover the Party's theory, Party history education, and Party spirit cultivation, combined with practical teaching to ensure that trainees grow through the dual tempering of theoretical study and social practice.

In the name of youth, heading towards faith. Speaking on behalf of the trainees, Yang Xiaoqi said that as young people in the new era, they would cherish the learning opportunity, strictly abide by discipline, and throw themselves into the Party school study with full enthusiasm. They would strive to "recharge" in thought and "strengthen" in action, and endeavor to join the Party organization as soon as possible, contributing their youthful strength to the development of the school and the rejuvenation of the nation.

After the opening ceremony, Chen Yonglong delivered the first special lecture titled "The Nature, Purpose, and Historical Mission of the Communist Party of China in the New Era." He elaborated on the Party's unwavering original aspiration and mission and called on the trainees to integrate their personal ideals into the cause of the Party and the country, and to fulfill the pledge of "Rest assured, the Party, the strong country has us" with practical actions.

Starting from the Party school study, writing a new chapter of youth. The opening of the third session of the Party school marks a new historical step in the school's work of youth ideological and political education. Through systematic and standardized training, the trainees will further strengthen their ideals and beliefs, improve their political quality, and lay a solid foundation for becoming qualified builders and successors of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.
