On April 12, the author visited Nanchong Qiaoren Agricultural Co., Ltd. in Xishan Village, Muya Town, Yingshan County, Nanchong City, Sichuan Province. In the company's factory warehouse, bags of wheat were neatly stacked. On the production line, workers were busy with washing, milling, mixing, rolling, and packaging, presenting a bustling scene of production.

Li Qiong, the person in charge of the company, introduced that a few years ago, she started a livestock farm in the village, breeding pigs and poultry on a large scale. Last year, to further expand the business, she established Nanchong Qiaoren Agricultural Co., Ltd. and introduced stone mill equipment to produce flour and process handmade noodles.

"The wheat used for making noodles is mostly provided by the village's collective economic organization. The bran separated from the flour is used to feed poultry, which not only reduces breeding costs but also improves the quality of the poultry. It's a win-win situation," Li Qiong said. Since stone mill processing retains more bran and germ, the noodles have a richer flavor, meeting consumers' pursuit of traditional taste.

The author then followed Cao Haiyu, the village's Party branch secretary, to the wheat planting base of the village's collective economic organization. Looking out, the lush green wheat was in the earing stage, with a promising growth. The wheat waves rippled in the breeze, full of vitality.

Cao Haiyu explained that last year, the village's collective economic organization reached an order planting agreement with the company. More than a thousand acres of land, which had been improved for mechanized farming, were used to grow wheat, and Nanchong Qiaoren Agricultural Co., Ltd. would purchase the wheat at market prices. "This village-enterprise cooperation model allows agricultural products to be consumed locally and saves transportation costs for the enterprise. It's a win-win development path."

The advantage of locally produced and traceable products has made Nanchong Qiaoren Agricultural Co., Ltd. highly favored by consumers. Many e-commerce companies have proactively signed sales agreements with the company. Li Qiong mentioned that the company's daily output is nearly 1 ton, and the products are in high demand.

According to an industry insider with many years of experience in online noodle sales in Yingshan County, there are hundreds of noodle production enterprises in the county, but few use locally grown wheat to produce noodles. Local agricultural products, with their reliable quality and unique flavor, have great market potential and are bound to become the "darling" on consumers' dining tables in the future, with a very broad market prospect.
