Empowering Rural Revitalization through Party Building Leadership

In response to the rural revitalization strategy and to promote integrated urban-rural development, on April 3, the Party branch of the School of Management at Nanchong Film Industry Vocational College, led by Secretary Feng Chao, visited Yuxi Bridge Village in Yuxi Town, Shunqing District, to carry out a themed Party day activity and to support rural development through practical actions.

On that day, accompanied by Chen Lixuan, Deputy Town Mayor of Yuxi Town, and Tang Lian, Party branch secretary of Yuxi Bridge Village, the Party branch of the School of Management visited the local modern agricultural base and the Party activity room. After the on-site visit, both sides held an in-depth symposium. During the symposium, Feng Chao and the town and village cadres jointly explored and discussed plans around Party building and village-school co-construction. In the future, both sides plan to explore innovative joint construction mechanisms and deepen exchanges and cooperation between the Party organizations of the two places through joint activities and visits for learning. In terms of talent training practice, the School of Management will rely on e-commerce professional courses to organize students to participate in agricultural product e-commerce practice, actively promote local characteristic agricultural products, and achieve precise connect between educational resources and rural development needs. In addition, the college will also build an online platform for the village to establish a long-term promotion mechanism for agricultural products.

This activity has promoted resource sharing and complementary advantages between both sides and is a positive attempt by the Party branch of the School of Management to support local economic and social development.
