Enhancing Quality through School-Enterprise Cooperation and Promoting Development by Attracting Talents

In an effort to deepen the integration of industry and education as well as school-enterprise cooperation, and to improve the quality of talent cultivation at the school, from March 27 to 28, He Weidong, a member of the Party Committee and Vice President of Nanchong Film Industry Vocational College, led a delegation from the School of Art, School of Information Industry, School of Film and Television, and the Organization and Personnel Department to Chengdu for cooperative exchanges with Guangtongchen Film Base, Wanxiang Yichuang (Sichuan) Culture and Tourism Group, and Qidian Media. They also participated in the spring campus recruitment fair of Sichuan University's Gaobo Talent.

At the Guangtongchen Film Base in Xindu District, He Weidong and his team had a friendly conversation with General Manager Yuan Jiafang, the person in charge of the film base. They learned about the construction and usage of the film base's soundstages, providing valuable references and experiences for the construction of the school's own soundstages.

The delegation also visited Wanxiang Yichuang (Sichuan) Culture and Tourism Group in Kaifu New District, where they engaged in cooperative exchanges with the relevant person in charge. Both sides had an open discussion on students' further studies at well-known domestic and international art academies, vocational education going global, and the development of culture and tourism projects. They also visited the artworks of Wan Shanhe, a member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, vice chairman of the Sichuan Artists Association, and a famous painter. They extended an invitation for him to conduct project cooperation and provide intellectual support at the college.

At Qidian Media, He Weidong and his team had an in-depth discussion with Director Tang Hongliang on the production of thematic promotional videos, cultural and creative design, and the planning of urban thematic activities.

Additionally, He Weidong and his team participated in the spring campus recruitment fair of Sichuan University's Gaobo Talent. They collected resumes from students and patiently answered their questions, hoping to attract graduate students from Sichuan University to work at their college and build a successful career.

Through these visits and exchanges with enterprises, the delegation reached a consensus with the relevant enterprises on school-enterprise cooperation and the integration of industry and education.
