On June 12, the fifth second member congress of Nanchong Private Entrepreneurs Association was held in the conference room on the sixth floor of Building 1 of the municipal government. The meeting conveyed and learned the spirit of the central, provincial and municipal documents on promoting the development of private economy, read out the reply of Nanchong development and Reform Commission on agreeing to serve as the business competent unit of Nanchong Private Entrepreneurs Association, reviewed the amendment of the association's articles of association and the explanation on modifying the membership fee standard, and issued the proposal of Nanchong Private Entrepreneurs Association on enterprise integrity and law-abiding operation.

At the meeting, pengxiaoping made a report on the work of the second session of the fifth session, comprehensively and systematically summarized the work achievements of the association in 2025, and deployed the work plan for 2026 in detail.

Pengxiaoping recalled that in 2025, with the joint efforts of all members, the association closely focused on the purpose of "serving the establishment of the association and promoting the association through activities", deeply cultivated the local land and expanded its vision, and made remarkable achievements in rural revitalization, enterprise empowerment and social welfare. In terms of innovating cultural tourism integration and activating the rural economy, the association successfully planned and held large-scale cultural tourism activities with wide social influence, such as "the light of cultural tourism in the former village · the grand picture of welcoming the new year" and "sending toads to the lower ditch · receiving Hongfu", which greatly enriched the "peripheral tourism" business of the masses. In terms of establishing the demonstration base and deepening the assistance mechanism, the association listed the Rural Revitalization demonstration base in quejiaba village, Lixi Town, Peng'an County, and gathered the United Front Work Department of the county Party committee, towns and townships, professionals and media forces to jointly explore new measures for Rural Revitalization. In terms of strengthening exchanges and cooperation and expanding new space for development, they have successively visited zhubaling scenic spot in Changshou District of Chongqing and Sichuan Chongqing chamber of Commerce of Xinjiang production and Construction Corps, and reached cooperation agreements. In terms of optimizing member services and enhancing core competitiveness, the association supported and participated in the "Nanchong first enterprise intellectual property competition", the 23rd Daosheng business practice conference, and the "Nanchong famous brand" in 2025. In terms of social responsibility and establishing a new image of private enterprises, the association organized and participated in the "Nanchong 2025 special recruitment fair for the disabled", the large-scale free clinic and "tumor prevention and control publicity week" activities of the Affiliated Hospital of North Sichuan Medical College, and the campus theme open day of "learning to reply letters and understanding gratitude" of Nanchong secondary technical school.

According to the work plan for 2026, pengxiaoping said that the association will focus on deepening the "cooperation between the East and the west" to promote the implementation of projects, creating an upgraded demonstration base for "Rural Revitalization", focusing on the digital transformation of "new quality productivity" enabled enterprises, strengthening the "Member Service temperature" and optimizing the business environment.

During the exchange speech session, the directors and member representatives of the meeting, in combination with their own industry fields, successively shared the development experience and business experience of the enterprise, and exchanged the experience of fulfilling social responsibilities.

Member representative Yang Yong always dedicates his youth to his hometown and leads the villagers to make a fortune together. He actively won more than 20million yuan of funds, built nearly 30 kilometers of hardened village roads, attracted more than 10 large growers, and built a 1200 Mu Korean radish Planting Industrial Park, making the industry in the village better and better. The villagers also increased their income through land transfer and nearby work.

Member representative zhouruizhen adheres to the motto that "the most beautiful life is to return to the society and give love", and takes "thinking about the source of wealth, helping students to help the poor, caring about the development of hometown and trying to solve problems for the people" as the unremitting goal. For 20 consecutive years, she has participated in activities such as "brilliant student aid" and "love student aid", funded 13 students to complete their studies from primary school to undergraduate college, and actively helped them achieve employment.

Hexiaoping, chairman of the association and head of Nanchong shunjiagao building materials Co., Ltd., has long been committed to tackling key scientific research achievements in the field of low-carbon concrete materials, and has carried out industry university research cooperation with Harbin Institute of technology. Relying on the multi coupling system all solid waste cementitious material technology jointly tackled with Harbin Institute of technology, the project won the Gold Award in the Geneva International Invention Exhibition.

After listening to the reports and exchange speeches, the relevant leaders of the competent departments of the industry spoke highly of the association's long-term positive contributions to promoting local economic development, uniting member enterprises and focusing on social responsibility, and placed high hopes on the future development of the association.
