On July 16th, the Yingshan Special Session of the "Thousands of Meteorology Views Sichuan: High quality Development of County Economy" series of themed press conferences was held in Chengdu. Kong Beichuan said that from a spatial perspective, Yingshan is the east gate of Nanchong, 250 kilometers away from Chengdu, and can be reached in 1 hour by high-speed rail, 2 hours by high-speed train, and 3 hours by highway; 170 kilometers away from Chongqing, it takes 2 hours to reach the main urban area of Chongqing through the Yinkun Expressway. From the perspective of resource endowment, Yingshan's advantages lie in industry, agriculture, and urban-rural development. Therefore, the positioning of Yingshan is to strive to be the "bridgehead" for Nanchong to integrate into the Chengdu Chongqing dual city economic circle, and to be the "vanguard" for the high-quality development of Rongyu.
